Dear
MacWerks Customer,
We’ve made
a few changes here at the MacWerks, your favorite South
Florida Apple reseller and repair center, and would like
to make you aware of them.
Our first bit
of exciting news is that every system will come with a 30
minute instruction session (covering the basics of your
new system), downloading all the latest software upgrades,
installing newly purchased software or hardware and personalizing
your new system.
If you need more instruction…
We come to our 2nd bit of exciting news: Monthly Classes
– ranging from beginner sessions to advanced program
specific instruction, complete with a Q&A session at
the end of each class. See our website for upcoming dates
and times.
We’ve had
a few housekeeping changes too.
- All new system
purchases will require a 50% deposit when order is placed.
- Returns will
be accepted within 14 days of purchase, excluding software.
- Software
will not be accepted for return under any circumstance.
(Damaged software will be exchanged)
- 20% restocking
fee on all returns.
All purchases
must be paid in full at time of purchase. Services done
on site must be paid in full within 7 days of receipt of
invoice. Overdue accounts will be held and services suspended
until monetary obligations are met.

understand that these policy changes will help us to maintain
the same high level of service that you have come to expect
from MacWerks.
